26th March National Independence Day Program

On March 26, 2025, in commemoration of National Independence Day, Z.M Nursing College, Faridpur, organized a patriotic rally and a discussion event. The rally began from the college premises at 7.am and moved through the city, where floral wreaths were laid at the Shaheed Minar to honor the valiant freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the independence of Bangladesh in 1971. The founder and esteemed chairman of Z.M Nursing College and Bir Muktijuddha S.A Salam Nursing Institute, Mr. Abul Kalam Sheikh, acting principal Sandhya Mandal, along with faculty members, staff, and students, actively participated in the rally. After the wreath-laying ceremony, the rally returned to the college premises, where a discussion session was held. The honorable chairman, acting principal Sandhya Mandal, faculty members, staff, and students engaged in this reflective program, paying tribute to the spirit of independence and emphasizing the importance of preserving the nation's sovereignty, history, and cultural heritage.
