Chairman's Communique

Empowering Future Healthcare Leaders with World-Class Nursing Education

We all know that Bangladesh is blessed with innumerable talented young folks who are striving to transform the future of the nation through their intellect, compassion, and enthusiasm.

Nursing could easily be one of the most prosperous and noble professions in the modern world. Regrettably, the enrollment rate in nursing education has historically faced challenges due to limited institutional capacity and long-standing social misconceptions. In Bangladesh, as well as internationally in countries like the USA, UK, and Canada, there is an acute shortage of qualified, compassionate nurses.

Our Commitment to Guardians & Scholars: Z.M. Nursing College assures that we will equip every student with modern clinical expertise, ethical values, and practical proficiency to excel in both national healthcare and the global job market.

Around the world, nursing has traditionally been elevated by the compassionate strength of women. During periods of anxiety, illness, and agony, a caring and skilled hand brings solace. I am a firm believer in women's empowerment and the transformative role of healthcare professionals in building a resilient nation.

Z.M. Nursing College maintains a harmonious, technologically enriched academic ambience. We work relentlessly with diligence, devotion, and dedication to foster academic excellence, discipline, and professional integrity among our future nurses.

I take this unique opportunity to convey my deepest gratitude to all members of the Board of Directors, faculty, advisors, and government bodies who have extended their support. I pray to Almighty Allah for our continued success, and I extend my warmest blessings to all prospective students—The Little Ladies with the Lamp—for embarking on this sacred journey of healing and service.

Warm regards & blessings,

Md. Abul Kalam Sheikh
