Bangladesh is a developing country in the third world. Climate change, natural pollution, malpractice, superstition, population growth, malnutrition, hunger, poverty, rampant unemployment, unskilled manpower, unplanned livelihoods are creating a serious crisis for the country. Since it is not possible for the government alone to solve this problem, the conscientious and patriots of the society have to come forward to solve this problem. We are dedicated to the development of the society and the development of all levels of the country’s resources for the proper use of the country’s self-social development and the creation of skilled human resources to reduce unemployment “Bir Muktijuddha S.A Salam Welfare Foundation’’ is committed to the relentless efforts of the government as well. It is to be noted that the person after whom the foundation was named was a heroic soldier of the 1971 War of Independence. He had built many social institutions in his lifetime. He was born on 1 November, 1952 in Ramdia village of Gazna union of Madhukhali thana of Faridpur district and died on 4 December, 2007 while serving as the elected chairman of Gazna union. We seek the forgiveness of his soul and dedicated this foundation to his good deeds. Allah help us. Bir Muktijuddha S.A Salam Welfare Foundation Registration No: 171/2013. Approved by the National Freedom Fighters council under the Ministry of Freedom Fighters Affairs. The Salisbury Foundation has been distributing cash, including relief items, before various natural disasters, distributing winter clothes, distributing fans to mosque, madrasha on various religious ceremonies at individual and institutional level every year, and continues to distribute relief items around the world especially during times of need.

Established on- 2015 approved by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare 3(three) year Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery course held here. Affiliated by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Z.M Nursing College (ZMNC) :
Established on-2021 approved by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Division and affiliated by Dhaka University 4(four) year Basic BSC in Nursing and 2 (two) year Post BSC in Nursing course held year.
